The humble chain link fence makes an appearance almost anywhere you go on a regular basis. From marking off property as perimeter fencing to keeping intruders out of sensitive installations as security fencing, chain wire plays many important roles in our society. However, you may think it is just one of the many possibilities out there on the market. When you’re looking for fencing or storage solutions that can pair well with your strategic goals, it makes sense to look at every option. However, the installation of chain link fences in Melbourne can be one of the most cost-efficient and versatile choices you make.
Why is that? What is so special about chain wire fencing (also known as cyclone fencing) and why should Melbourne companies consider its use?
At Guardian Fencing, we’ve been supplying the Melbourne area with mesh fencing and wire fencing of the highest quality since 1994. During that time, we’ve not only learned of the many ways to shape and form new applications using chain wire but also how to develop useful solutions for businesses. That places us in a unique position to offer you a complete service. Before we discuss what we can actually accomplish, though, take a moment to consider these three reasons for why chain link is such a robust choice.
Why use chain link fencing or wire fencing?
First, chain wire fences provide an option that scales easily to a variety of needs. It is just as effective at providing an outdoor barrier as it is creating storage enclosures in a warehouse. You may opt for as much or as little wire fencing as you need. This adaptability is part of what makes it an option that is friendly to business budgets without a compromise on quality.
Second, chain link endures the elements, abuse, and time equally well. In an outdoor facility, the galvanised surface protects against corrosive damage from the elements. Indoors, a single fence could last the lifetime of the building — with some future repairs, of course. In any application, it is meant to endure over time.
Finally, it is easy to maintain and even repair over such a long period. When properly installed, such chain mesh fencing is simple to repair. If a section becomes damaged or worn out, replacing it can take as little as a few hours. This element adds to the positive financial aspect to this infrastructure investment.
