Remembering Richard

The Guardian Fencing company was established in 1994 by the principals, Simon Anderson and Richard Lumb.

Tragically we lost Richard on 03.07.2023.

We would like to honour his enormous contribution to Guardian Fencing. He is sadly missed every day.

If you are a client of Guardian Fencing and would like to pay tribute to Richard and his family, a memorial fund was set up in his honour. The funds will go towards a great passion of Richards, ‘giving back to others’.

Donations to the fund will go towards projects in Australia and Timor-Leste to provide opportunity and create lasting impact, particularly for young people.
